Born on March 13, 1963 in Dearborn, MI to Richard and the late Janet Pressler, Scott was an excellent student, athlete, artist, teammate, employee, family member and friend that will forever be remembered for his insatiable appetite for laughter and his unbridled enthusiasm for just about everything. After leading teams that included State Championships in football and lacrosse, Scott graduated from Wilton (CT) High School in 1981, and then attended Western Maryland College.

From 1985 to 1988, he served in the U.S. Army’s Military Police Corps at the Biological/Chemical Weapons Depot on Johnson Atoll in the North Pacific Ocean. After completing his military commitment in 1988, he returned to the Wilton area and worked in the men’s clothing industry while completing his BA in Economics at The University of Connecticut in Stamford, CT.

After graduation from UConn, he enjoyed a successful career in media advertising sales. He began at New York City-based Seltel as an Account Executive in 1991, subsequently moving to Telerep, and then Fox Television Studios in New York in 2001. In 2003, he was promoted to National Sales Manager for WTTG/Fox 5 and WDCA/UPN 20 in Washington, DC.
